We’re on the look out for Land…16.01.2015

The New Year has arrived along with the renewed vigour to find suitable sites for residential redevelopment within a 15 mile radius of Gerrards Cross.

We’re particularly looking for:

  • Land, without planning permission for single house plots through to multiple units.
  • Brownfield sites
  • Redundant commercial premises
  • Houses with large gardens.
  • Contentious sites even if there has been a refusal on planning grounds previously is also of interest.
