Amit Chohdha
Managing Director
Amit is the founder and Managing Director of Newhomes Estates Ltd., and a qualified Civil Engineer graduating from the University of Surrey.
His initial career was spent working on Heavy Engineering projects, giving him a first class grounding in the construction industry; followed by building projects for private clients prior to founding Newhomes Estates Ltd in 1989 to concentrate on house building . The company with its dedicated and loyal staff has grown from strength to strength, maintaining a high profile in the local building and construction industry.
When not sitting behind his desk, Amit enjoys golf, foreign travel and being with friends and family
