Tia Ward
Land and Property Buyer
Tia joined the team in 2003. With a sound background in administration, she is fundamental to the company’s core business. With her extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas she is invaluable in identifying potential sites for residential redevelopment.
Her previous career was principally in administration in large infrastructure construction companies including a 3 year stint working for Arabia American Oil Co. in Saudi Arabia and being retained by the technical advisors for the Piper Alpha Disaster Enquiry based in Aberdeen.
Outside work, Tia enjoys long distance walking & foreign travel.
